OMG thanksgiving is THIS WEEK! WTF?! How does time work anymore?
Ever since Covid/Everett my body doesn't understand time anymore. My brain totally understands how calendars and clocks work, but my body? Seems to be on a different timeline. One that I don’t yet understand or know.
Or maybe that’s the pregnancy talking. Or the impending move. Or the launch of Pilates For Your Privates this week. Or the other slew of changes, transitions, projects, partnerships coming up…
What I’m trying to say is, I’m still kinda freaking out about everything. AND I’m using what I know, in improv we’d say I’m playing to the top of my intelligence, to protect and take care of my energy.
I’m doing Pilates For MY privates, I’m going to dance class, I’m brainstorming, I’m resting, I’m taking baths, I’m doing the things I know I need to maintain homeostasis. More movement, less drama.
Like I talk about in this week’s podcast episode, I am staying in touch with where MY vagina is pointing. Both in my physical posture so my back and hips don’t start to hurt, and energetically to maintain optimal functions of ALL of my body's systems. I know the #1 thing I can do for myself right now is stay connected to my center, my alignment, my stability in order to navigate everything life is throwing my way. And yes, I’ll own that I’m throwing some of it my own way too. I can’t help myself!
In the episode I talk about WHY I always ask this question, WHAT it means, and HOW it can literally alter your life physically, emotionally, and energetically. I also go through a simple way to figure out WTF is going on with your vag, where she’s pointing, and how to use the information she‘s giving you.

This is the first way I’m supporting myself in keeping my shit together while everything inside me and outside me changes. I’ll be sharing the second thing I’m working with on Thursday. Yep, I’ll meet you right here Thanksgiving morning to share how I’m approaching the holidays and the inevitable stress, overwhelm, and overindulging. To be clear, I’m not even talking about food or drink.
