About halfway through my first marriage, I was at the height of my auditioning days as I was still creating a name for myself slash proving myself. I was practicing Pilates as much as I was teaching (a lot) and aggressively pursuing SER perfection. The perfect audition song, outfit, hairstyle. The perfect hundred, roll up, and teaser. The perfect wife, marriage, and life. A lot of SER energy in this, right?
It was in the midst of this that my vision, my perspective, my life, and my body became so rigid, controlled and strangled in my white knuckles.
