You may be familiar with this muscle if you’ve ever gotten on a bike after a long time away. These are the muscles that feel awful the next day when you try to sit on the toilet. If you know you have a tighter pelvic floor, experience pelvic pain, endometriosis, and/or chronic lower back pain, creating some space in this area will be beneficial.
