Last week’s email was long so I will keep this week short!
Happy Christmas to those who celebrate and Happy Monday to those who don’t!
Today I released a new podcast episode with some personal updates and reflections as I emerge from The Vortex. LISTEN HERE!
In addition to everything I share on today’s episode about the transition to two kids, how it’s showing in my relationships with Jeremy, Everett, and Myself, I also talk about how Cam’s birth was so different for me. Not just because he came out the sunroof, but the whole experience.
I often fall into the well worn path of viewing life as a linear path with forward progress or not. I think we all do! Even when that doesn’t align with our values or beliefs. From the moment Cam was removed from my body by my amazing OBGYN (Hi Jill! I love you!) I feel a huge sense of returning home to myself.
Sometimes I get all weird about it and think it’s a backward move, a regression if you will (wtf six month sleep regression, go eff yourself), a sign of failure. But it’s not! It’s a return home. Like after studying abroad or something! Like I’ve gone out on an adventure or mission and had all of these rich, textured, diverse, mind bending, mind opening, life altering experiences and now I get to return home to myself and my life and integrate.
I get to bring these new perspectives, ideas, and knowledge and apply them at home. T the central foundation of my life. And myself. ← You know I include the pelvic floor in this statement right? Right. You know me so well ;)
So…that’s the energy I’m bringing this week and into the new year. If you need me I’ll be on my mat, doing my diamond breathing with a P-Hole, V-Hole, and B-Hole and then using that information to do my moves on and off the mat of course.
If you want to join me, reply to this email and let me know! Or CLICK HERE TO SIGN UP RIGHT NOW! Happy XMAS to YOU!

As always, I’ve got your back. I’ve got your front. And I’ve got your undercarriage.
