July Update!
This was a month of tantrums big and small from my entire family mostly centered around sleep. We are making progress and figuring things out together! Hooray! Teamwork makes the dreamwork!
As you know I went swimming and had the audacity to feel good about it!
I’ve gotten back to exercising regularly and am upping the intensity while also staying VERY connected to how much energy I actually have. Now is NOT the time to leave it all out there on the dance floor. No. I need to hold onto as much as I can because no one knows how much sleep I’ll get on any given night. Because of that, I’ve been reading more and on my phone less (still more room for improvement here). This is what I’m reading.
I’ve been renegotiating my time spent on and relationship with social media – part of my spending less time on there. I’m feeling weird about posting pics of my kids on there, so sharing here instead 🤷🏼♀️And also trying to be honest about what I’m getting or giving being on social media so often. I’m not saying it’s bad (although studies do say that) I’m saying I’m figuring out MY right relationship.

AUGUST
Making plans to start teaching existing clients again in September. And then adding classes and availability for 1:1 (IRL & virtual) in October ← If this is something you’re interested in, reply to this email so you’ll be the first to know when my schedule opens up.
I will be on full time baby duty! I’m looking forward to spending more time getting to know Cam and myself as a mom of 2. I’m also looking forward to more of a “schedule” emerging.
Hopefully more swimming and sleeping!!!
What have you been up to?
As always, I’ve got your back. I’ve got your front. And I’ve got your undercarriage.
